George Harmon is a Reference and Instruction Librarian at Florida State
University's Dirac Science Library. He has a BA in History (Middle East) from
the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign, and completed degree work
in Anthropology at the University of Georgia, as well as an MLIS from the
School of Library and Information Science at the University of Illinois. Prior to
working at FSU George was the head of Library Evening Services for
Parkland College Library, and an Instructor teaching Middle East History,
Humanities, and Anthropology at Parkland College in Champaign, Illinois.
He is the former head of the Library Technology/Network Services
Department for the Florida State University Libraries.

Susan Chiasson is a cataloger at Florida State University Libraries.  
She has more than 22 years experience as an academic librarian,
including working as a reference librarian at FSU Libraries and a
government documents librarian at the University of Central Oklahoma.

B.A. degree in English from Southern State College, Arkansas.

Carolyn Klatt is the Technical Services Librarian for the Maguire Medical
Library at the Florida State University College of Medicine. Carolyn has over
25 years of professional library experience in the academic, public and
private sectors. She has been an electronic resources librarian for the
Florida State University Libraries and the Salt Lake County Public Library
System; a consultant for the Utah State Library Division; a head of children's
services for two public libraries; and a web design and training consultant.

Carol Armstrong is the new librarian at Tall Timbers Research Station. She
was previously the librarian for the Florida Geological Survey in the
Department of Environmental Protection.  With nearly 23 years of experience,
she worked at academic and public libraries in Georgia, Florida and
Wyoming. She holds a B.A. in Art, and one in History, and got her MLS at
Florida State University.

Ophelia Chapman graduated from Florida State University in 2005 with an
MS in Library and Information Science. She is currently an Instructor
Librarian at Florida A & M University. Mrs. Chapman obtained her bachelor’s

Portia McQueen is an Instructor Librarian at the FAMU/FSU College of
Engineering.  Previously she worked in FAMU’s Science Research Center

B.S. in sociology and social science and earned an M.S. from the FSU

Jean Williams Adams is currently the Manager of the Systems Support
Department at Florida A&M University, Coleman Libraries.  She has been
employed at the Library  since 1988.  During her tenure she has held  
positions such as Office Assistant, Program Assistant, Computer Support
Specialist and presently that  of Systems Librarian. She received her
undergraduate degree (Bachelor of Science in Office Administration) from
FAMU and her graduate degree (Masters in Library and Information Studies)
from FSU .  She is presently pursuing WebMaster Certification via PLAN.

Gloria T. Woody is a University Librarian for Coleman Memorial Library at
Florida A&M University.  Currently, she serves as librarian in the School of
Journalism & Graphic Communication, when she has been for the past
twenty-eight years. Previous employment includes the Leon County Public
Library and Leon County School Board.  Ms. Woody has previously served
the North Florida Library Association as a board member and president.  
She has the degrees of Bachelor of Science in Library Science (FAMU ‘73),
Master of Science in Library Science (FSU ‘93), and Specialist in Education
in Library and Information Studies (FSU ‘99).
