About NFLA The North Florida Library Association (NFLA) is a professional organization serving information professionals from academic, public, school, and special libraries in the Capital Regional Area (Gadsden, Leon, Jefferson, and Wakulla counties). There are approximately 200 libraries represented in the Capital Regional Area. The NFLA was established in 1982 to encourage communication and cooperation among persons concerned with libraries and information centers and to foster community awareness of library related issues.
